1.To prevent dehydration, try Oral rehydration solution(ORS) to replace lost fluids and electrolytes.
2.For diarrhea, try the BRAT diet(bananas,rice,applesauce,toast)
3.Avoid Dairy and greasy foods.
4.Eat smaller portions of bland foods if vomiting and nausea are an issue.
5.Peppermint tea can be soothing for the stomach.
6.Place a cool,damp washcloth on the forehead or wrists to help reduce fever.

still atleast do one thing replace the fluids like have ors after every diarrhoea or vomiting episodes. And have some anti emetic and antacids till then..
You can go to a nearby Nursing home for hospitalization for IV Fluids and IV antibiotics. Continuous vomiting and loose motions can disturb your Electrolyte balance in the body.
Please monitor your fever regularly and take Dolo three times daily for 5-6 days as needed. For the vomiting, you can consider taking a vomikind tablet. Additionally, I recommend maintaining good fluid intake to stay hydrated.
