Hi Only multivitamins will not be sufficient to increase immunity your diet plays very crucial role As well need to do lab test for vit D ,other necessary parameter

If you eat a good diet you don't need to buy supplements. Eat a good high protein diet . Vit D and VitA levels should be optimum for good immunity. You should consume a good amount of yellow n orange coloured fruit and vegetables.  These are good sources  for vit A . Stay in Sunshine for vit D. Eat lots of citrus fruits for vit C . Zinc and Magnesium is available from nuts and almonds.

1.Vit D course depending on what your levels are ( generally once a week for 8weeks) 60k I.U followed by once a month maintenance course. 2. Vit C 500 to 1000 mg. 3. Vit E 400 to 800 mg 4. Magnesium n zinc

As long your nutrition is complete you don't have to worry about loss of immunity. Vitamin and Minerals are only recommended after you have a complete blood profile, so that you and your doctor know what you are deficient in and what your nutrition is lacking. All Vitamins and Minerals play an important role in Immune function, with more importance to Vitamin C , B12, and D. Any MultiVitamins over the counter provide cover for most of the Vitamins. You should also be aware, over dosing on Vitamins, can create problems of their own.
