Sunlight helps to produce Vitamin D3 acts as a activator of precursors of vitamin D, in our body, but now a days it's not possible always to get sunlight so deficiency is also common but need to be supplementise by Sachet.VitaminD3 60,000 IU, on weekly basis.  Take yellow fruits on daily basis like Ripe papaya, Mango, Safeda etc, but certain exercise & yoga is must at your age. Hello, There are no natural food sources. Sunlight is the direct source of VIt D3. If you ave a deficiency, take vit D3 tabets once a week for 3 months. Get your leves checked and then ask dietician/ doctor if the tablets should be continued or not.

Hi Natural sources of Vitamin D3 are as follow  1. Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. 2. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals. 3. Beef liver. 4. Cheese. 5.Egg yolks. 6. Mushrooms For the Supplement I m not the right person to prescribe but I want to tell you that some time its very difficult to cover up the Vitamin D deficiency through diet so Supplement is required. So do get your blood test done and accordingly decide under the expert
