Vitamin d deficiency is very common in india.. But it can also be associated with other bone and blood related diseases.. Which needs to be corelated with other tests. Only by substituting vit d supplements could not be the solution. Further evaluation is needed so kindly consult

Based on the Vitamin D test result shown, the observed value is 9.3 ng/ml, which falls in the deficient range (below 10 ng/ml). Recommendations: You should start Vitamin D supplementation. It’s advisable to consult your doctor for the appropriate dosage, as it can vary depending on the severity of the deficiency. In general, Vitamin D3 supplements, along with increased exposure to sunlight and a diet rich in Vitamin D (such as fortified foods, fatty fish, and egg yolks), can help improve levels. Please consult your healthcare provider to tailor a treatment plan based on your specific needs.
