If you have very low of vitamin d deductible l deficiency like less than 10 then
You can take
Vitamin D dose as 60000 per day after food 1or 2 day per week for 1 month.
After month check the level of Vitamin D to make correct dose .
Next Steps
IF there is not any deficiency of Vitamin D then
you can take daily dose of vitamin D as 500IU or 600 IU.
