Vitamin D Capsules
Sir, Can we take Vitamin D capsules without any prescription. If yes, can we take weekly one in the mornings for a month and then stop. Please advise.

It is better to get your vitd levels measured first before starting any self medication.
There are also other lifestyle changes which can be done to improve vitd levels.

You can take vitamin d without prescription also but why u want to take, first get ur vitamin d levels and adapt lifestyle measures like sitting in sunlight etc.
