If you have any significant symptoms related to your vitamin d deficiency , you can take either injection form of vitamin d OR 600000 iu of vitamin d once a week for atleast 15 weeks along with calcium supplement 500 mg daily.
Exposure to sunlight for20-30 minutes in the morning, dairy products eggs Orange juice and codliver oil capsules are very rich source of vitamin d.
