Hello!! Reports suggests that you are deficit in Vitamin D. There are many options to increase your levels but in your case (severely low) you’ll have to go for weekly Vitamin D I.M injections (same day of the week) for atleast 6 weeks. After 6 weeks you can start with Vit D shots or Capsules which are also weekly for the course of next 3 months.
Next Steps
* I.M Vitamin D3 Arachitol Injection 6L IU - weekly for 6 weeks. * After 6 weeks - Cipcal D3 granules - weekly - 3 months. (Can be mixed with water or milk)
Health Tips
After getting injections for 6 months - get tested again. Just to know your improvement.

Hi, You have very low Vit.D level. Low vitamin D or Hypovitaminosis D is a commonly seen nutritional deficiency in India mostly linked to less sunlight exposure. Common symptoms include low energy, bodyaches, cramps, excessive hairfall, recurrent infections and low immunity and others for different people.
Next Steps
If you have no other hormonal, thyroid, kidney problems, Vit.D can alone be therapeutically taken as oral tablets or solutions or as injections into muscle. Dosing depends on the route the patient prefers. Symptoms improve as the vit.D levels pickup in the body. Repeated checks in regular intervals are usually advised to keep its level normal. Sunlight is also a good source.
Health Tips
It might even worsen the lung condition you have in terms of its severity and recurrent lung infections.
