Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 dose
My Vitamin D was 5.5 and Vitamin B12 was 152 four months back. I have been taking Uprise D3 60k tablet once a week and Methycobal 500 mcg two tablets(1000 mcg per day) for last 4 months. Vitamin D has increased to 30.3 and vitamin B12 has increased to 276. Question 1:  How much dose should I take now?Or should i stop both now? Question 2: Is there any side effect if i take these tablets for long time. I am also suffering with grave hyperthyroid and Atrial fibrillation for 26 months and on blood thinner, bp, thyroid tablets for 26 months.

You should continue with the supplements. They have a huge normal range. So you can't get any toxicity. Secondly you may again have decreased levels of Vit D 3, Calcium and Vit B12 if you stop the supplements.

Optimal vitamin d and B12 levels are 40-60 ng and 300 -600pg respectively.Your levels are still below the optimal levels. You can continue for 3-4:weeks and you could switch over to maintenance dose or with diet supplements
