Vit c is readily available in lemon,aamla,,papaya citrusfruits,gauva. Directly eat the fruits or boil a glass ofwater add one lemon pieces Then drink it once a day in empty stomach add honey for taste.
For this corona period it's very important that we have a proper balance diet. For Vit C please take citrus fruits,lemon etc . Also diet should consist of protein (dal/egg/milk products etc) 5-6 serving of vegetables and fruits (more colours means more rich in vitamin and mineral). Always remember excess of sugar and salt reduce the immunity. So avoid maida plain sugar etc
