I'm 27 years old female..taking b12 medicine ME12 daily one tablet after lunch since I don't eat food rich in b12 ..I'm vegan...can I take this medicine for lifelong ? Or any other medicine which I can take lifelong?

You don't need to take it for lifelong
Just take for a month and then discontinue the tablet if you have any symptoms of vit B12 deficiency then consult with doctor
