Deficiency of vitamin  B12 and Vitamin D
I had a lack of vitamin D and B12. I took some injections or oral supplements of these vitamins. Now my vitamin levels are normal. Can I take injections of Vitamin D and B12 (1500mcg) once monthly for maintenance?
