Hello, Thank you for the query. Will surely help you. It is normal for the urine colour to change due to excretion of vitamin B12 in the urine since it is water soluble. We need to know your diet recall history and that if you have any digestive issues as well. You can also include dietary sources of these vitamins like eggs, chicken, mushrooms etc in your diet. Hope this information helps. For a customised diet plan through an online or an in-person consultation, you can reach out to me via practo or on www.vasundhara.me . Thanks

Hi, The change in urine colour is due to release of excessive vitamins in the urine. Also there is a possibility that your body is not absorbing the vitamins well throurgh the oral route. Visit your family doctor for taking it through injections so that the absorption is good. Take milk and its products also egg, Chicken, organ meat are all rich in these vitamins.
