Hi Consult  a physician he will suggest  u supplement  for vit d o lyme then it will be fine .that was a weekly sachet. Vit d is to low so may b 6 week u hv to take it. The also will lose weight  easily.

Due to vitamin d deficiency take direct sunlight and vitamin d rich food like spinach, fenugreek leaves, milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu, almonds, etc.
