Hi My vit D levels are 15 and hence under Deficiency category. I am on a diet plan trying to lose weight. Which Tablet should I take to improve my Vit D level and how many times

70% diet and 30% exercise are good for reducing the weight. You have to follow the healthy lifestyle. Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use cues and paneer which is made up from the tonned milk only Use olive oil and rice bran oil, scaffold, sunflower, mustard oil in the cooking Can use artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4 tablets a day) Don’t— avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato , sweet potato , arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid pickles and papas, processed, fried, tinned, packet food products

Due to vitamin d deficiency take direct sunlight and vitamin d rich food like spinach, fenugreek leaves, milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu, almonds, etc.

Hi Consult  a physician he will suggest  u supplement  for vit d o lyme then it will be fine .that was a weekly sachet. Vit d is to low so may b 6 week u hv to take it. The also will lose weight  easily.
