I am looking to start a drink with below recipe on empty stomach daily to increase my metabolism & aid with my weight loss journey. Reaction to naturally occuring products is rare. I won't be able to comment on the potency of this cocktail for fat loss. At best the cocktail would be an adjunct to your fat loss journey.
