Ma'am,
I was initially diagnosed with schizophrenia. I consulted a rehabilitation psychologist for one year. The thought disorder is over now. I need consultation for vertigo by a professional clinical psychologist. If have time for daily or alternate days session, please take my case.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. It is encouraging that your thought disorder has improved after rehabilitation. However, if you are currently experiencing vertigo, it is important to first get evaluated by an ENT specialist or neurologist to rule out any medical or vestibular causes, as vertigo is not always psychological.
If your medical evaluation is normal, a clinical psychologist can help identify whether anxiety, stress, or residual effects of your previous illness are contributing to your dizziness. Therapy can also help you develop coping strategies, reduce distress, and improve your confidence in managing symptoms.
Daily therapy sessions are not always necessary. The frequency depends on a detailed assessment and your current needs. I would recommend scheduling an initial consultation with a clinical psychologist, who can coordinate care with your psychiatrist if required and create a treatment plan tailored to you.

General physician consultation and therapy with me
Hi,
It's encouraging that your thought disorder has improved with rehabilitation. However, vertigo is usually first evaluated by a physician (such as an ENT specialist or neurologist) to identify any underlying medical cause. A clinical psychologist can certainly help if anxiety, stress, or lingering psychological symptoms are contributing to dizziness or affecting your quality of life. If you're seeking regular therapy sessions, it's best to contact a licensed clinical psychologist directly to discuss availability and whether your needs are a good fit for their practice.
Hi, thank you for reaching out. Vertigo itself first needs proper assessment by an ENT or neurologist to rule out physical causes. However, if your vertigo is being worsened by anxiety, hypervigilance or fear of bodily sensations, psychological therapy can definitely help.
I would also like to understand your previous schizophrenia diagnosis and treatment history before taking the case. Daily or alternate-day sessions may not necessarily be clinically required; frequency should be decided after assessment.
