In schizophrenia there are delicious amd hallucination whoch person cannot different from reality.

Hi... What do you mean by symptoms of schizophrenia? You mean you're having Delusions and Hallucinations.
Usually it is very uncommon for someone with schizophrenia to realise they are having such symptoms as for them it's all real.
You might be going through some general anxiety or stress. Please visit a Psychiatrist for Diagnosis and a Psychologist for Counselling/Psychotherapy.
