Hi... Treatment of Schizophrenia requires Medication along with Psychotherapy. The medications (paroxetine, clonazepam) you have mentioned are primarily anti-anxiety, antidepressant, SSRI medication.
Treatment of Schizophrenia requires the use of Antipsychotics. It may have been discontinued now if her condition has improved greatly.
Please elaborate more on the following points:
1. What treatment she has undertaken so far?
2. Since when she is suffering from it?
3. When was the first onset?
