Looking at her age and psychological condition, it seems that, Homeopathic medicine would be the best solution for her. She can continue with counseling sessions too, if she responds.

Hi... NIMHANS Bangalore is the best institute but since its govt. so there might be some procedures for admission. Lot of psychiatrists also practice outside and I know some good one's in Bangalore and in Mumbai, but not in Pune. Though Pune is also a hub of mental health professionals. Her treatment will be a combination of medication (antipsychotics, antidepressants, antianxiety, etc.) and psychotherapy/counselling. So she will be under treatment of a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist. Schizophrenia takes time to recover and in some cases medications continue life long, but it can be brought to a manageable levels in most cases. I know some cases where patient is doing well in his/her career, personal life, marriage, children, etc. Though some issues do develop from time to time but they are resolved with proper guidance and treatment.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist. Medications and Psychotherapy is required.
