I used to get leg swelling when I travel a lot in sitting position. This is happening since my 20s. I am 37 now.
I noticed some bulgy varicose veins in my leg behind the knee and calf area. It's present only in one leg. Many bulgy (around 10-12) bumps in the leg. Other leg has some spider veins. I have also gained so much weight in the last few years because of my other health issues.
My varicose veins have developed more in the last few years. I gained around 30kgs in the last 2 years which I am trying to reduce it now. I am 105kg now.
Attaching the pictures of varicose veins. One particular bump is greyish black in color and looks puffy and bulgy. Other remaining bumps are greenish in color.
What to do about this varicose veins? Will it go away on its own?
Can we do exercises and walking with this varicose veins? My leg hurts when I walk or stand for sometime.
How to treat this?
I have burning in my feet sometimes and I see some spider veins there. Will that go away on own?
