USE OF FAT BURNERS
Hi,
I would request some advice on usage of weight loss fat burners (Ephedra).
Just to let you know I I am quite fond of gym and have been working out from last 15 years.
However now I am married and I just want to know that if fat burners such as ECA stack (ephedrine Caffeine asprin) have any negative long or short term impact on sperm quality or count or sexually anyways harmful?
I take healthy diet and now I am working out regularly from last 1 year.

Hi
Yes fat burners has side effects on a long run like blood pressure and other health effect.
Try to cut down ur fat levels by eating healthy and doing proper gym.

Fat burners are not good for health . Always try to shed down your fat% in a healthy way. It does not effect your sexual health but it will harmful for your cardiac and neuro health.

Ephedra is banned by the FDA so it’s best to avoid it.
Caffeine and aspirin work well with ephedrine but the side effects of long term usage can be quite severe.
It anyway will help you lose an extra kilo or so per month which can be achieved by a sustained calorie deficit.
Fertility studies have been conducted on animals so far but that does show an impact in sperm count and sperm abnormalities

Gud morning according to my suggestion pls don't use market brand fat burners because it has lots of health hazards after leaving it's usage.so try to focus on dietary modification n lifestyle modification too for an effective result.
