Avoid foods like meat, high salt foods, sea food, foods having yeast. Avoid sodas and other carbonated drinks and high sugar foods and high glycemic fruits. Consumption of alcohol and meat can flare up the uric acid levels, u need to avoid alcohol. Some green vegetables like asparagus, spinach also have high purine contents which need to be avoided. Stay well hydrated. Take foods rich in fibers, low fat diets

It is above normal limit, this if not controlled can result in gout. Avoid eating meats, alcohol, calcium supplements ( if taking any).

Avoid Red meat (beef, lamb, pork) Organ meats (liver, kidney, brain) Seafood,Alcohol, especially beer Sugary drinks, High-fat dairy products Add more of Low-fat dairy (milk, yogurt) Whole grains (brown rice, oats) Fresh vegetables  and Fruits (especially cherries — may help lower uric acid) Plenty of water (flushes out uric acid through urine) Coffee (in moderation) – may help lower uric acid levels
