Upper right wisdom teeth
Is it safe to remove my upper right wisdom teeth as it is broken due to cavity. I was planning to go for a RCT but the doctor suggested that removal of wisdom teeth is a better option as their is no guarantee in RCT to get the problem cured. But the people I know are constantly advising to prefer RCT. What should I do? Is their any major affects of wisdom tooth extraction. I have attached the image and X-ray of my right wisdom teeth. Kindly help

Hello, Yes, Extraction is a definitely a better option as accessibility is less in that area.

RCT in wisdom teeth is mostly not advised as the accessibility is less and has more chances of complications. Extraction of the third molar is an apt treatment option. The wisdom tooth is vestigial and has no role in issuing a speaking. Extraction of this hence does not require any replacement There are such no complications or major effects if the extraction of the wisdom tooth is performed it atraumatically
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist don't delay the extraction

Hello mam..    Extraction of wisdom teeth is the better treatment option.... Wisdom teeth is the extra teeth only... Extraction of this teeth does not affect your speech, mastication and all.. That wisdom teeth does not have root canal configuration so if you go with root canal there may be possible to miss one or more canal that again leads to re infection... So it is better to extract that tooth
