Sir I am having very bad toothache since almost (5)five days.
Almost three days ago I consulted any doctor on practo... And he gavee any etoricoxib but after that I am not getting back to the normal condition... Problem persists again...

X-ray should be done first.Take medicines for five days.Tab augmentin 625 mg twice daily after meal,Tab ketorol dt .(two tab together after meal twice on first day and after that one tab twice per day), cap becasule once in a day after meal,Tab pentop d in the morning before meal.

You need to get X Ray done ASAP
For now start warm water gargles
N change medicine
Tab Moxiclav 500mg(twice daily after meals)
Tab ketarol -DT (twice daily after meals)
Tab pantop -d (early morning empty stomach)
Course for 5days
Require a radiographical examination of this tooth and further dental treatment.
Avoid all hot and cold food and beverage.
Warm saline gargle three times a day for 10 days.
If you don't have any other medical problems and medicine allergic history than you take following medicine.
Tab augmentin 625 mg twice a day after meals for three days
Tab zerodol sp twice a day after meals for three days
Pantop d once a day before meals for three days
Tab ketrolac dt 10 mg after meals S-O-S
Toothache is evident of your caries( decay) close proximity to the pulp area..
Any medical history or allergic to any drugs?
Etorocoxib is a NSAID which would act for 6hours...
Tablet Ketorol DT is another option take it sos whenever pain occurs....
Abstain chewing from that area and no extreme temperature food ...

Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for a month
Warm saline rinses between meals
☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Moxikind CV
☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water
You are taking good painkiller...you can be given a shot of Dexona iv stat and Tab Ultracet as and when needed in addition to Tab Augmentin duo twice daily
Need to see the tooth which is causing pain does it have a cavity?? Is there any swelling?? Are you able to chew on that side.. If there is cavity and severe pain then antibiotics should help. Prescribing you and antibiotic to take along with etoricoxib(pain killer)..For a more clear diagnosis it would be better if you send pictures

2. Tab Pan40 once in the morning half an hour before food ( If you have acidity problems).
