Eat more of yellow n orange purple coloured fruits . Add salads to your diet . Eat more of good fats as dry fruits , avocado , desi ghee etc . Enjoy some exercises like dance , yoga etc . Eat 2-3 eggs daily . Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
