Namaskaram, the hard and soft deposits near the gums cause it to swell up due to infection which cause bleeding. Using topical medicines may help temporarily. Your tests are normal. You just need to get a scaling and polishing done. Follow up with a diluted mouthrinse for 15 days. Team Shambhala.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist for cleaning teeth at the earliest.
Health Tips
Gargle with warm salt water for temporary relief. Twice a day.

Hello sir,  your routine blood reports are normal.  Bleeding gums usually because of gingivitis or periodontitis that is swelling or in infection in the gums,  basically because of hard deposits surrounding your teeth. Basically you require a all tooth cleaning first
