Hi! This could be a sign of protein deficiency. If you also have symptoms like poor appetite and hunger , hair loss, weakness- then please get a thorough blood check up done to check for your iron , thyroid, vitamin D and other organ functions. If you have any family history of diabetes or any other health issues, it’s more important to do blood tests. You can include a bowl of sprouts , fruits, milk and milk products like ghee and dry fruits on a daily basis to improve protein intake . Try to do few minutes of exercise like push ups, this will help with muscle gain. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily, and avoid smoking or alcohol consumption if present.
Next Steps
Eat more protein, drink lot of water, get blood tests done. Consult on practo.com for further advice
Health Tips
Do not delay the blood tests, watch for symptoms like weakness, loss of appetite and poor hunger.
