Fruits like mango, banana, sapota can effect on weight but excessive intake for long time..not for twice in a week. Juices of fresh keenu, sweetlime is good but quantity depend on your body weight. Fruits are good in breakfast and juices too.
Fruits can help you to gain weight ::
1. 2-3 pcs banana
2. all dry fruits like almond ,cashew , almond,
3.dates.4. jackfruits, 5. ripe mango & juices. 6. grapes,7 all sweet fruits & their juices. some citrus juices like Musambi, orange are also goods.
best time f juices - 11am / before 2 hours of Lunch & after 2 hours of Lunch
First of all dint just go for weight gain, it should be gain in your muscle mass then only you can attain healthy body composition.
Banana is one of the best fruit which has more calories and good nutritional value and the best time to have banana is Morning.
Avoid juices as it has more of calories and sugar (fructose) but you can always opt for homemade shakes
