Ulcer in tounge and mouth
I have small ulcers which is white type in my mouth and tounge.i have morning weakness and muscle pain.i have vitamin b complex and mucopain gel.i have also gas problem.photo are attached

Ulcer is break in the continuity of epithelium
Causes of ulcer :
**Vit B12 deficiency
**Stress and anxiety
**Dry mouth
** Gastric ulcer
**GERD
**Iron deficiency anemia

No those are not ulcers on your tongue
Those are the marks caused by your teeth or u can say impressions caused by your teeth
Maintain a good oral hygiene
Scrape your tongue

Hello,
As per your photograhs, it seems that you don't have any ulcers on your tongue, although these are marks of your teeth, this condition is commonly seen in case of macroglossia i.e., your tongue is bigger as compared to the rest of your mouth and on buccal mucosa those spots seems as Fordyce's granules and these are nothing to be worried about.

1. The white marks on the side of the tongue r not ulcers. The r indentation caused by teeth as in impressions caused by teeth.
2. Can't c any ulcer in the 2nd picture.
Plz resend.
