Since its been 10 days, there is no need of further tests. Take adequate bed rest and hydrate. Even after 2 weeks of illness, if symptoms are not resolving, kindly do a stool and urine culture.

Dear Practo User. Thanks for sending across your query. If all typhoid tests including blood culture are negative, your symptoms may be due to another infection or condition. Consider stool tests, repeat CBC, or tests for other causes like viral fever, malaria, or GI infections. Follow up with your doctor for further evaluation.
