TSH rise and Iron deficiency
Blood report of my is attached..there is a rise in TSH and Tryglyciride is 230..there is lack of iron & Vitamin D too..He is having bp and blood thinner medicines..kindly suggest

Add bottles gourd juice empty stomach for cholesterol. Add more fruits, salad, vegetables juice and cinnamon infused water. At bed time take 1tsp triphala powder with normal water 2 to 3 time in a week.
