Iron deficiency
I've been diagnosed with iron deficiency in blood & been recommended iron supplements & iron rich food. I was told chicken liver is a good source or iron; but am worried that the dosage might be too high if I consumed it in the form of food as well as supplements. I'd like to know the ideal amount of iron intake via food per day & also in general

17 to 18 mg of iron per day.
