Eat a healthy Balanced diet .Take a consultation from a qualified Dietician to plan a healthy eating for you. Iron , Vitamin C, Folate rich foods to be in diet .Intake of caffeine rich sources to be avoided.

Adding Vit C to your diet, helps absorbing the Iron in good way. Like adding lemon juice to poha, amla to Palak etc.
Take balanced diet comprising all nutrients including iron rich foods like Green leafy veggies, apples, dates, raisins, olives etc.

Eating more iron- rich foods such as lean meat , nuts, beans, lentils, dark leafy vegetables,& breakfast cereals consuming a variety of heam & non- heam iron sources .
Including more vitamin C rich foods in meals , such as citrus fruits, peppers, tomatoes, and broccoli.
