Iron deficiency
My Haemogram test result indicates all normal. RBC count is also normal. Do I have to take a separate test for ferritine or iron deficiency? Pls advise.

Hi From your anthropometric stats provided your BMI is 26.2 kg/m2, slightly deflected in yellow category acoording to WHO classification. not too much to worry though. from your professional stats, you seem to be occupied with your professional demands, detailed recreational and fitness activities would have been more helpful. coming to your heamogram test results, please specify the reason for undertaking these tests such as having fatigue, lethargy, generalised weakness or any other complain. since you are already on B12/folic acid and vitamin supplements, reason for starting these is also not mentioned. a more detailed symptom description will be more helful
Next Steps
if having any issue with low energy, fatigue, weakness, consult general physician for more detailed evaluation with thyroid function tests and iron profile if needed

Just curious to know why you checked your hb and RBC? Is there any major symptoms present? Suppose if u checked these levels to rule out reason behind severe hair fall or inflammation u can go ahead and check other parameters too. Because in certain cases all levels remain normal and ferritin will be deficient. but kindly do further tests under a medical supervision.. Meet ur physician or dietitian and get the need assessed before going for test.

Since hemoglobin levels seems to be normal & as such you have not mentioned any defeciency with regard to iron   ferritin  panel may not be required. I hope vitamin B12,D & folicacid intake is based on your deficiency status as suggested by your physician
