Need more information since when u r trying for pregnancy??
As u have one baby ,and ur age is 29 yrs
U can try naturally
If u have alrdy tried for 6 months naturally,if not conceived then consult offline.
If u have not tried yet, then try naturally for 6 months.
But u have prev ectopic pregnancy history,so if u get pregnancy positive get an early scan to rule out recurrent ectopic pregnancy.

Yes you can definitely try naturally. However since you have a history of ectopic pregnancy, chances of repeat ectopic pregnancy are higher so consult an obstetrician as soon as you miss your periods.
