Triphala for eyes
Can use triphala for getting rid of my glasses if yes than how should I use it I have L 2.25 & R 3 also any other advice because I have to be in front of computer for work.

just using triphala will not be helpfull to remove the specs. but can help with the eyestrain if used properly.

No doubt Triphala is a good tonic for eye, but for removing spects you need much standard treatment. Best way to do Tarpan (a panchakarma procedure) for 40 days. Along with it you also need internal medication like Saptamrit lauha (which is having ingredient of Triphala) etc. For details please consult Ayurvedic Panchakarma Practitioner.

Better you can use  Saptamrita loha 2 tabs twice along with unequal quantity ofTrifala ghrita and honey . You may take Trifala juice 15 ml twice also.
