Treatment for Anal Fistula
Hello. Im a 32 year old male suffering from anal fistula. Suffering from severe pain and pus discharge. I have a 3.9 cm intersphinteric fistula. Allopathy doctors say that surgery is the only option. Is there any non invasive treatment in Siddha or Ayurveda that can permanently provide a cure for this problem? Please help 🙏

Ksharsutra is a best treatment for it . not needed hospital ization,but it is a long treatment but cures root of the disease,so consult any Ayurvedic surgeon.
