Their are multple reasons for tooth pain .They are :
Grinding teeth (bruxism)
An abnormal bite
Tooth eruption (in babies and school-age children)
Rinse with warm salt water Gently floss teeth to dislodge any food particles trapped between teeth. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen to relieve pain. Never put aspirin or any other painkiller against the gums near the aching tooth, as it may burn the gum tissue. Apply an over-the-counter antiseptic containing benzocaine directly to the irritated tooth and gum to temporarily relieve pain. Visit dentist
As you told that you have a pain since last two days. I think there may deep cavity in a tooth, and most probably there is a periapical infection. So my opinion is to visit an Endodontist and take a x-ray then only you got the right Diagnosis, may be this case will come for Root Canal Treatment. For the time being take 2 Tabs of Ketrol-DT diapers in a water and drink you will got some instant relief but this is a temporary treatment.
Root Canal Tretment
Until the R.C.T will be start eat only soft diet. And don't eat anything from that side.
for tooth pain the reason can be
1. Dental Caries
2. Food Lodgement in interproximal area( between two teeth)
3. Gum Problems etc.
For pain relief you can take "Tab. Combifllam twise a day" for time being.
Visit your nearby Dentist and get the diagnosis of the cause.
