Hi user, Watching our parents grow older is no doubt challenging and heart wrenching part of life. How could we not feel the sharp pain of anticipatory sorrow of seeing them getting old , weak day by day. But we have to ACCEPT REALITY OF LIFE. # Embrace life as it comes. # Be a best caregiver for them. Nurture , reassure, protect , love your parents with full love and respect . As they need you now . #  Speak out to someone close ---- vent out all your worries. # Honour and celebrate their lives while they are here.Help them find peace, enjoyment each day. # Tune in with them ---- don't project your own feelings , assumptions onto them. Get to know them better. # Be there for them when they need you.
Next Steps
# try to live in present # don't let unnecessary thoughts about future ruin today's happiness # seek professional help if it seems difficlt to cope up on your own.

The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear." --Nelson Mandela   I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain. Frank Herbert
