The unpredictability life brings can certainly be overwhelming. It is natural to feel stressed in such times. It can be helpful to identify your triggers and strengths. This can help in building resilience. In moments of distress, it is also completely okay to seek help. A counselor can provide you a safe space where you can share and discuss your concerns. They may also be able to provide you with guidance on identifying the triggers and building on your strengths. I would like to end by saying that all emotions we experience are valid and important, even the seemingly negative ones. Once we learn to acknowledge and cope with them in a healthy manner, we may be able to navigate through life in a better manner. I hope this helps.
