Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you. Mood swings are a way for your mind to tell you that there is something in the subconscious mind that is stored which is not healed that is causing your mind to sway from one extreme to another. Your mind will feel very sad one moment and another feel high by creating alternate scenarios that generate feelings of happiness. The mind does this so it does not have to feel the extreme sadness that you are feeling about something. The ups and downs can be worked on by creating a safe space and recovering this incident of Deep hurt. Once the hurt is felt and understood and emotions are released from it you will naturally move in to peace and stop feeling the sudden ups and downs. You’re brave! Stay
