Hello, I can very well understand how these problems are affecting your different aspects of life. It's an anxiety that is bringing worry to you and contributing to psychosomatic symptoms. When anxiety continues for long without being treated it leads to irritability which is manifested in your behavior. But it is treatable so relax you can work on it to make it better.
Next Steps

Your worry about your health is a valid feeling.  And you want assurance that everything with regards to your health is fine. You might find yourself overthinking at times. I wonder if thats what is more bothersome to you than the health issue itself. The somatic symptoms might stem out of some trauma or an underlying psychological issue.
Next Steps
You are quite aware of the behavior and are able to distinguish between what is right by you and what is not. I suggest you seek  counselling to grow and deal with your issue more effectively.

I can imagine that the constant worry must be exhausting for you. I have also noticed a degree of self-awareness that you have regarding your thoughts and emotions, which is commendable. It would be good to approach a psychologist so that you can talk about the worrying thoughts. A psychologist would help you understand the triggers and cope with them. In regards to your anger issues too, it would really help to consult a psychologist. A lot of time stress and worries might be expressed as anger towards other people. In the meantime, you could incorporate yoga and simple deep breathing exercises in your daily routine.
