Being concerned about health is ok but being worried about health gives rise to anxiety.Just follow SOPs,have balanced diet,sleep properly and make a routine and follow it.Introduce a physical activity in your routine to be active.In current situation it's easy to have negative thoughts but dnt give in...this too shall pass.

With current situation outside due to COVID it very natural to be concerned about your health but worrying about it will only make things worse. Instead plan a day's activities, do some regular exercise, eat healthy, follow your sleep timings and engage yourself in the activities which will make you feel happy. Consult a psychologist.

We all are in such a situation that Health is become our priority.Seeing and hearing so much about COVID and how people are suffering it’s natural to be worried about one’s health but worrying can do no good it can only make your mental and physical health bad ..you have to concentrate on improving your health by doing adequate physical activity,adequate Sleep ,eat healthy food and staying away from news which creates fear and panic .
