Stay hydrated. Have enough sleep. Try to reduce stress. Incorporate green leafy vegetables, milk, eggs and fish in diet. If its a traumatic ulcer, relieve the source of trauma. Visit dentist for clinical examination.

Hi, for the time being,apply kenacort ointment twice daily after meals,and eat A to Z Gold vitamin supplements twice daily after meals.Then see a dentist asap.

It can traumatic ulcer due to any sharp tooth present on that side.... Sir that sharpness needs to be removed.... Rest without seeing clinically we cannot tell u much sir
