Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.,greengram sprouts.everyday. Do not withhold ur urges urination and defaecation. Walk,exercise,yoga everyday for an hour. Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday. Self hygiene to be followed.wash ur face with an appropriate washing aid as Neem face wash gel Himalaya co. Atleast twice a day. Use a proper  oil,shampoo herbal,ayurvedic for ur scalp to keep free from dandruff.
