Hey there! I'm a a gym freak but due to covid doing weight training at home . I want to ask how to maintain muscle mass at home? Suggest something in diet or supplement to maintain that gained muscle mass.

Hello User, As you said home training so you can have animal protein specially egg white and yes your gym trainer must have told to you about some protein powder so you can carry on that and your training also

Hi Good amount of both animal and plant proteins through diet and daily consistent physical activities will help to maintain the muscle mass through out...and fetch you good results cause the muscle will be nicely maintained and there's no muscle wastage further... Thankyou

Proteins are the best food. Best protein from milk whey,nuts,ghee,wholegrams, are the natural safe healthy proteins. Also fish,chicken,eggs are good. Fats and oils from nuts,do have the protein content. Cereals,millets are the basic protein sources could be a staple food on daily basis. Dryfruits almonds,walnuts,cashew,figs,pista too are healthy proteins.
