Since the past few months my life has changed a lot however I have noticed that particularly in the past 2 months I have been feeling too exhausted and sleepy throughout the day even after having 6-8 hrs of sleep at night. ESR could be high due to various reasons. One of them could be psoriasis and related flares.
The symptoms of tiredness and non-restorative sleep could also be due to vitamin deficiencies or due to psychological stressors.
