Your hemoglobin is low but it's not low enough to warrant such severe fatigue. You have done a good job of listing your reports. It shows that you have been proactive about this issue and have likely tried improving sleep quality and healthy eating, but to no avail. Vitamin D deficiency is something which is commonly missed in our country. Since you are a 28 year old female with psoriasis (vitamin D deficiency is more common in psoriasis)
Next Steps
I would suggest getting a vitamin D blood report immediately along with vitamin B12 levels, folate levels and also TIBC. You are most likely going to see a moderate or severe vitamin D deficiency after which you may contact me for further assistance with a more detailed history.
Health Tips
Optimise your psoriasis treatment to reduce inflammation.

Your Haemoglobin and blood iron are borderline low. Take maltviron syp 5ml morning and evening for 4 weeks, plenty of fresh green leafy vegetables,  pumpkin, beetroot ,  fruits like pomegranate,  strawberries,  watermelon   figs. Take more proteins as well in your diet. Use jaggery in place of sugar for sweetening. Raised ESR only indicates some chronic health issue. Do you take anti allergy meds regularly for psoriasis? That can cause drowsiness.
Next Steps
Take more water, stay active physically . Consult online for further guidance.

Your iron levels are below normal, which can definitely explain your fatigue and tiredness even after getting adequate sleep. This needs to be addressed with appropriate treatment. Your ESR is also elevated, suggesting there might be some ongoing systemic inflammation — possibly related to your psoriasis. Since you’ve mentioned that a lot has changed in the past few months, and you’re experiencing excessive sleepiness and exhaustion, it would be helpful to have a more detailed conversation to understand any underlying stress, emotional changes, or sleep disturbances. That will help us guide the right next steps and make sure you’re feeling energetic and well again

Hi, ESR could be high due to various reasons. One of them could be psoriasis and related flares. The symptoms of tiredness and non-restorative sleep could also be due to vitamin deficiencies or due to psychological stressors. Please connect for detailed analysis and consultation.
