Hi In addition to Ms. Gupta I would look to add few points, have a balanced meal with a combination of less carbs n fats but high proteins. If non veg have egg, fishes or lean meats,Fresh fruits  and vegetables. Green tea once daily. All these combine together will help you to achieve permanent results n a healthy life.

See if you eat slowly after properly chewing food it starts nutrients absorption from mouth itself.and food mixed with saliva gives easy peristaltic movement in the intestine and best utilised .For weight loss we must eat healthy balance diet decided into 3 main and 3 small meals with 12 glasses if Daily water intake. You must do daily physical activity of your choice for minimum 50 mnts. Take proper sound sleep as well as to make your system stress free for better functions.
