Pelvic floor tightness is rare in males. Pelvic dloor is linked with other muscles like diaphragm, back muscles and abdominal. Strengthening will further worsen the tightness. All u need is relaxation with pelvic floor exercises taught by Physiotherapist. Please don't opt for youtube videos as they miss out the part of relaxation via pelvic floor exercises.
Next Steps
Visit a physio for a better diagnosing the condition and involvement of any other muscles.
Health Tips
Depending on the muscle tightness during any action treatment varies. Stop that action right now for certain days. If discomfort is felt while urinating then visit male urologist.
