Tight pelvic floor and pelvic obliquity
I have chronic constipation and feel my pelvic floor is tight.i have functional leg length discrepancy.exercises related to psoas,hamstrings etc provide me temporary relief.when I breathe my pelvic floor seems to be stiff and not expanding with diaphragm.please let me know if anyone specializes in this area.
